What are player trends?
Player trends show who's been consistent in a stat recently. Think a striker scoring in 3 straight games, or a midfielder with a shot on target in 5 of their last 8. FootyMetrics scans every player after each match and flags patterns that keep repeating.
Each trend shows the hit rate across the match window, live bookmaker odds, home and away splits, and how the upcoming opponent compares defensively. Free users get the top 2 trends for each type. Premium unlocks everything.
How to use the filters
Inside each trend page you can filter by league, position, minimum hit rate, minimum odds, venue (home or away only), lineup status, and whether you only want starters. Use "same league only" to restrict the match history to the same competition as the upcoming fixture. Useful for players with heavy cup or European minutes.
Odds are pulled live from Bet365, Kambi, and Paddy Power and update until kickoff. Set a minimum odds threshold to filter out markets with no value.
